Olive oil VS Butter

Olive oil and butter do not differ substantially in calorie count. One tablespoon of olive oil contains approximately 120 calories, while 1 tbsp. of butter contains about 100 calories. However, there are variations in the nutritional attributes between olive oil and butter. Various research indicates that a diet plan which contains olive oil, has important preventive wellness benefits, like cutting down the dangers for heart disease. An additional critical distinction is that olive oil, which is a plant-based food, has no ldl cholesterol while butter does.
